Instead of the usual P90 type pickups,this one is fitted with a complementary pair of Dimarzio humbuckers that are not stock for this model.A PAF Pro model in the neck and a FRED in the bridge position.
Set-neck construction,with a deeper cutaway for enhanced sustain.Rosewood fingerboard with 1-11/16" nut width and a 16" radius.High gloss two tone burst finish.
The bridge also features more adjustable saddle length that standard LP type bridges,so you can fine tune the intonation even more accurately
A master volume control and and a custom feature installed at our own shop,DVT control.The DVT offers up two distinctive treble responses (one at each end of the pot's rotation),by pulling up to activate.Pushing the pot down,disconnects the DVT circuit,adding some top end sparkle to the the guitar's overall signal.NO battery required.
Shielded control compartment and upgraded jack
Shipped with a new DEAN logo'd hardfoam case to keep it safe during it's nap time
There ARE two minor (original) vertical finish flaws on the back,that won't show up in any of the pics(sorry)each about 3/4" in length.If that's a major concern,this isn't for you.
Other than that,as near to mint as you can expect,especially considering it's from '97 .
NO buckle rash,chips dings or dents.NO fret wear.Set up prior to listing to play superbly.
